#581 ~ OPERATOR PERFORMANCE EVALUATION


This course is for lift truck operators who have completed a documented formal training program. Drivers will receive an update on safe operation and will be evaluated to meet the three year OSHA requirement. Program includes classroom and 10 station driving evaluation, student workbook, review quiz, documentation for your records and a wallet I.D. card listing truck certifications.

This course is conducted only at YOUR FACILITY.

Students must be 18 years of age to operate a Powered Industrial Truck.
