Towlift is the authorized Trackmobile® railcar dealer for Ohio and Michigan. Trackmobile
is a quality manufacturer of rail car movers. Trackmobile products offer an economical
solution for moving rail cars when a locomotive is too costly or will not fit in
the space required. Trackmobile units will move empty and loaded rail cars. They
are commonly used in the steel industry and agriculture applications such as grain
elevators, but can be used at any business that needs to move rail cars. When the
Trackmobile is not pulling a boxcar, the operator can lower the pneumatic tires
and move the unit off the rail on to another location in your yard.
We’re a long time distributor for Trackmobile, working with businesses throughout
Michigan and Ohio who have rail on their property, and so have the experience you
need to answer your questions and help you with your rail car mover needs.
Sales – New, Used, Rentals
Whether you are looking for a new unit with warranty, or a pre-owned unit, we will
help you find what you need. We also rent Trackmobiles for short term needs.
Fleet Management
If you are interested in paying only for the usage of the equipment without owning
it or dealing with stringent leasing companies, Fleet Management may be right for
you. Under a Fleet Management program, you’ll pay one flat monthly rate for the
equipment and maintenance. You’ll also receive management reports on the utilization
and maintenance expenses.
Service
Towlift technicians are trained to provide expert repair service for Trackmobile
equipment. We can also service other brands of rail car movers including Rail King
and Shuttle Wagon. We invest in fully equipped service trucks for prompt, expert
repair at your location. We can also bring your unit into one of our full shop service
locations for large repairs. We offer thorough planned maintenance programs to keep
your units running their best.
