#5014 ~ SCISSOR LIFT OPERATOR SAFETY ~ 2012 SCHEDULE    


Towlift locations ~ Cleveland, Columbus and Toledo

Formal instruction will be conducted at our facility. This 3-hour class includes formal classroom instruction, a written test and a hands-on evaluation of each student’s driving ability. Documentation and wallet cards will be sent to your company allowing you to be OSHA compliant.

PREREQUISITES:
  • 1 Year Scissor Lift Operation
  • Valid Motor Vehicle Driver's License
  • MUST be 18 years old to operate a Powered Industrial Truck


    • COST: $120.00 per student.
  • All fees payable by check, purchase order or credit card


    • WHEN: Course begins at 7:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m.
